Loehmann's Plaza

Owned by Federal Realty Investment Trust, Loehmann’s Plaza is a renovation project to revive a tired but promising shopping center on Arlington Boulevard in Springfield Virginia. BCT created a new image for 1,800 linear feet of the center by designing canopies, store fascades and signage criteria for a consistant theme.
