Owings Mills, Maryland
As part of a public/private development team that included Nottingham Properties, Bozzuto Development and the Maryland Transit Authority, BCT designed this transit-oriented new town center. The design concept includes 200,000 sf of retail, 80,000 sf of office, 350 market-rate residential units, a hotel, and a commuter-rail metro station.
