Broadmead Dining

Broadmead is an 80 acre continuing care retirement community in Cockeysville, MD, which includes nursing, assisted living, and independent living units. A 2010 “reinvention of the dining program” included a 12,000 SF expansion and renovation of the community’s primary dining facility. BCT carefully balanced traditional interests of the facility's operators, residents, and visitors with a modern approach to the communal dining experience. Services included programming and space planning, complete architectural design and documentation, and coordination of interior finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
