2251 Wisconsin Ave

2251 Wisconsin Ave is an 812-unit multi-family housing design behind an existing 2-story retail building, with parking below. Targeting the Gen Y population, the project consists of creative, small units ranging in size from 450 to 870 sf. The building overlooks the US Naval observatory, and the design will include improvements to the existing retail building. BCT is providing full design services from concepts through construction administration.
